  • Select the .NET Framework 3.5 SPI to turn it ON. 

  • Save these changes by clicking ‘OK.’

  • When done, restart your computer.  


If the .NET Framework 3.5 SPI checkbox is already selected:


  • Select the .NET Framework 3.5 SPI to turn it off and click ‘OK’ to save these changes. 

  • Restart your computer and sign in to Windows again. 

  • Once done, turn ON the .NET Framework 3.5 SPI by selecting the checkbox.
